Neuropathy involves an array of disorders, which occur when the nervous system experiences damage. Many refer to this condition as peripheral neuropathy, and it tends to be a result of damage to nerve axons. Neuropathy tends to cause pain and numbness in the hands and feet. When I started this adventure with Monumental Health and Wellness I was literally in pain from my head to my ankles. Getting up out of a chair and trying to walk was very difficult for me. I went to Monumental and they evaluated me and put me on a program. It has been just a little over 2 months and I can stand out of the chair and walk without waiting for the pain to lessen and my legs to work. My pain level is gone down tremendously. I used to not be able to walk around the block without being in a lot of pain by the time I got home. I can now walk 2 miles. Everyone there is so polite and you can tell that they truly care about you and your well-being.I thank my God and Monumental Health and Wellness for all that they have done for me. This place is awesome from the time you walk through the door you feel like you’re home . Since having my stoke 20 years ago I was a mess constant pain I basically had to have help wishing I could just die. I’ve been a Monumental Chiropractic patient since Jan 2024. Came in totally limited in mobility and foot & back pain. I’m too young to have spinal surgery! Good thing I came to get an assessment from Monumental Chiropractic. My career as a firefighter and construction worker has put allot miles on my spine and I started getting really painful sciatica. Before I came to Monumental, I visited the local clinic and was told that I need to take anti inflammatory pills and maybe consider surgery. I wanted a second opinion, so I decided to call monumental. Thank God I did! The staff are very kind, competent, and professional. They did a very thorough assessment and offered a clear strategy to begin a path to healing. I was very impressed with the different treatment options along with encouraging holistic approach that combines diet, exercises, posture, and stretching. I can go on and on but suffice to say I went from being in constant pain and stress to being vibrant and alive again.
